[cisco-voip] DST Testing

The DST patch has some bugs. In addition to what is listed below, there
is also a bug concerning the time being off in CDR's after the time
change.

 

This may be something to watch out for if you do time of day routing in
CallManager.

Symptom:

 

Time of Day routing is still 1 hour off in US timezones after applying
DST patch

 

Conditions:

 

CallManager patched for DST, running in a US timezone, using TOD routing

 

Workaround:

OK, I have loaded all the OS'es and patches and think I'm ready for DST
march 11th.  

 

Can I test this?  Can I change the date on CM, IPCCx, Unity, Etc and see
if it works?  Or will this cause me issues?  Then move it back to the
correct date.  Am I going to screw up the DB?  I might not be here on
March 11th / 12th and don't want to have to work remotely.
