[cisco-voip] Upgrade from CCM3.3 and CRS 3.1 to CCM5.1 and CRS 4.5

I am pretty sure it wasn't done just to piss me off.

However, I think it is pretty short-sighted of Cisco to do this...

However, I have gone back to the customer, and he has agreed to only upgrade
to 4.1(3) and IPCC 4.0

Interesting, a LOT of customers are staying away from 4.2 because there is
no upgrade to 5.0 or 5.1... which I think is kind of idiotic (by the time
they do decide to upgrade, CCM 5.2 (or whatever the new path from 4.2 is...)
will be out.
