[cisco-voip] "more" button on phone templates?

It seems that "all of a sudden"(?), we do do not see a "more" key on our
7961 phones when we run out of space on the first 6 slots.  When users
program the 7th key as a speed dial, the display should show "more" on
the sixth key and the 6th and 7th entries should appear once the "more"
key is pressed.  Right now, the sixth key is programmed and shows on the
face of the phone, but the 7th key is programmed and is invisible with
no "more" button.  What do I need to change to make sure that users can
utilize the full 100 speed dial capacity of the system?
