[cisco-voip] Peer to peer firmware sharing. Yay!

Release Notes? I can't see any such document for 8.3(1).

The Peer Firmware Sharing basically looks like it works per subnet.
When it is enabled when a phone goes to download a new firmware it
will go looking for other phones that also need it. One phone is
chosen as the "root phone" and will actually download the file from
the TFTP server. The other phones will then get that file from the
root phone. This is done on a per-file basis so I guess it's
possible different phones can be the root for different files.

It will be at least next week before I get to play with it. We're in
the middle of moving buildings and all my phones are currently in a box.

Nope, which is why I'm hoping that Ryan will chime in here shortly.
