[cisco-voip] Monitor second line

Our receptionist has a 7940.  She HATES that she can't see if the boss is on
the phone or not.
Can I just make his extension be her second line and then she would see if
he was on the phone or not?
Could I assign NO RING to that line, so she wouldn't be disturbed by rings
and such not??
