[cisco-voip] "more" button on phone templates?

Where was the more key located?  Unless this was some type of IP  
phone service then the only "more" key on the phone is on the last  
softkey and has nothing to do at all with speed dials.

The "more" button is for softkeys, not lines.  Speed Dials that do
not show up on the phone are accessed using the AbbrDial feature.
