[cisco-voip] "more" button on phone templates?

Where does the "More" button appear?  on a line button, or on a softkey?

I share Ryan's puzzlement.  But whatever you're using to make this 
happen, we want it too!

(Unless, for some reason, you're talking about Fast Dials, to which I 
say "pbbbbbblt.")
