[cisco-voip] Phone Registration Rejected after adding BLFs on 7914

The only upgrade for 5.0.4 is to 5.1.1 or 5.1.2.

Take Ryan's advice and upgrade.  You are running a dotzero release of
software, you should expect some level of bugs in this code.  Most of which
are now fixed in the newer 5.x releases.
