[cisco-voip] Phone Registration Rejected after adding BLFs on 7914

Hi,
i cannot find anywhere in cisco 5.0(4.2117.1).
Does, anyone knows why there are no upgrades for 5.0(4)?
Does the customer needs to buy an upgrade to 5.1?
