[cisco-voip] Troubleshooting Help

No I haven't tried either of those.  Unfortunately when it happens, it
always seems to be a bad time, and all the pressure is "just get it back
up."

I have looked at my CCM logs, but I don't see anything suspicious at the
time trouble starts.
