[cisco-voip] need to create crystal reports from ipccx

You can create reports using crystal reports and point to the MSDE SQL
database directly using OLE.  However, the preferred method is the one
Ryan sent here.  It takes quite a bit more programming ability than just
Crystal however.

starting point that describes how your developers can create their own
reports.
