[cisco-voip] CME 4.1 register SIP phones on different subnet

Ok another step:

A 192.168.1.10  (this is on CME network)
B 192.168.2.54  (other network)

manually add arp entry and static routing solved the registration
problem but now:

B can call A
A can't call B

I'm debugging and try to understand what's happen.
