[cisco-voip] Help with CDR Export

A direct query into the CDR DB is NOT supported to collect CDR records.
Any certified 3rd party billing application will be using a custom
trigger that will populate the CDR DB & the 3rd party DB at the same
time. The reason for this is a query into the CDR DB can spike the CPU
on the Pub, not an optimal situation to be in.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Geoff
We do a direct ODBC access to the sql database on the publisher to get
the CDR data.
=A1/3600/24+(2/24)+25569 (where A1 is the field for the CDR time)
Format:
TT.MM.JJJJ hh:mm:ss
Have a good day
