Subject: [cisco-voip] Help with CDR Export

I'm trying to run some reports for HR on a secretary and her calls. All
I want to get is a listing of all the calls the received and made during
a time period. Doing a CDR search gives me tons of info, but I can't
figure out the layout of the .TXT file. It's actually been easier to
just do a CDR export and pull it into Excel, sort the data and grab just
the records I need.

The problem is the DateTime fields. Anyone have a formula to change
this to a date HR can read? I assume it's something like the number of
seconds since Call Manager was born, but any help is appreciated.

I know there has been discussions on here before about Call Manager's
reporting, but I wanted to say it again, it's really overly complicated.
Has anyone done anything using Crystal Reports against the CDR database?
I wonder if that would be easier?

Thanks in advance....
