Is it true that trying to attach a FAX machine to an
FXS card on a 3845 will not transmit properly when the
primary PSTN connection is an ISDN PRI connection?

This is what I have experienced at a customer's office
in South Dakota. Half of their faxes would fail. The
customer then installed straight analog lines and then
all faxes would transmit without issue.
