[cisco-voip] PRI + FXS cards + fax/modem

I use an IAD2431 (not a 3845) to do this... Works perfect with modem or
whatever.. Just have a dial-peer pointing to 1/1:0 or whatever analog port
we need to ues...

T1 in (PRI)
T1 out (CAS) to a channel bank...
