[cisco-voip] SRST with no h323 dial-peers

Well, kind of a mood point, but you could use the access-code command in
the SRST config to generate the trunk dial-peers dynamically right?
(Never used that one in production)
But from your reaction I would guess, that wasn't configured either ;-)
