[cisco-voip] CAD Not-Ready Reason Codes

Does anybody know where the reason codes for the Cisco Agent Desktop
not-ready state are defined?  FYI, I do know about the reason code field

In the AgentStateDetail table in db_cra.    I am looking for the
location of the list of reason codes.  Where do they get stored when you

Add a new reason code in the Desktop Administrator?
