Do search in the route plan report for your call park numbers. Make sure those dn's are not assigned to anything else.

  I am having a strange issue with call park. It works fine for 2-3 days and it stops working. I have to delete the callpark settings from CM and re-program and it starts to work again for 2-3 days. Anyone has any suggestions. CM is version 5.1.2.
