[cisco-voip] shared mailboxes with Unity Express

With Unity, I can add an extension to the alternate extension list of a mailbox and when that alternate extension is forwarded to voicemail it goes to the correct mailbox.

Is there a way to do something similar in Cisco Unity Express? I read that I can use the e.164 field, but that only gives me one alternate extension, and it mentions CME not CCM.

There's talk about using a general deliver mailbox, which is exactly where I want it to go.

If I add a user and no mailbox for this user and add this user to the correct group, if their phone is forwarded to voicemail will it go to the gdm?

I would test this, but the router is offsite in production already.
