[cisco-voip] IP Communicator

All devices are in the null partition so this is not an issue.  When the
7960 is plugged in, the communicator works fine, as soon as the 7960 is
unplugged, the communicator stops working.

Calling Search Space of the gateway doesn't include the Partition of the 
IP Communicator?
