MGCP or H323? Does the H323 router have the extension or is the
extension in CM for MGCP?

Hi All,

I have a customer who is having problems with their main number. They
have a new PRI and all the DID's on the PRI works fine but the main
number is not working.

I am getting the following error when I call the number.

Has anybody experienced this and is there something I need to be aware
of or change in Call manager to make this work. Please let me know.

Thanks
