Create another voicemailbox, associate it with a user,
phone, and extension. Login to this voicemailbox to
initialize it. Dissociate the voicemailbox from the
phone. You now have a usable voicemailbox without it
being attached to a phone. ['err..that's what *I*
remember doing it...]
