Have you asked your service provider? I know that our PRIs can be configured with X number of inbound calls and Y number of outbound calls.

  I want to segregate PRI in such way that i could use channel 1 to 10 for inbound calls and 11 to 21 for outbound calls.Can anyone tell me about the possibility of this scenario and if yes then how it would be possible?(A guidline for configuration)
