[cisco-voip] VGW over VPN

tftp is used for mgcp config download and by default tftp is sourcing
from the egress interface and if that isnt routable to ccm then the
mgcp download fails.

bind your tftp to the same LAN interface via

ip tftp source-interface fax/x
