[cisco-voip] Unity upgrade license

I'm upgrading from Unity 4.0.5 to 5.x.  the upgrade doc talks about new
license files.  it also talks about PAK.  since I already have 4.0 licenses
do I need to contact licensing and they will get me the new license files or
does the upgrade take care of this?  same hardware.
