I am not sure I understand your topology

Are you doing:

CCM -> SIP Trunk -> SIP Provider or

CCM -> H323 -> H323Gateway -> SIP Trunk -> Sip Provider

Also, what version of call manager/IOS version are you running

In CCM 5.1 you can configure under Enterprise Parameters a Cluster Fully
Qualified Domain Name, that is probably what you are looking for. Also, I
have found in many cases we have had to configure the SIP Trunk on CCM to
Require MTP

Subject: [cisco-voip] SIP Addressing Change

I am trying to implement a SIP trunking test with a carrier. I am sending
them

 From: <mailto:14104541137 at 10.99.0.33%3e> "Cisco Test One"
<sip:5422137 at 10.x.x.33>.

They want to see

 From: <mailto:14104541137 at 10.99.0.33%3e> "Cisco Test One"
<sip:5422137 at test.ipttrunk.com>

Is there a way to make this change on the router or Call Manager? The
gateway is set up in Call Manager as a H323 gateway.

Thanks,
