This was assuming as Scott just said that you have started the MeetMe
from an IP phone and the call was still failing from the outside...
basically making sure this extension was able to be called from the
PSTN.

I need to setup a conference call.  We will have 5 or 6 people calling
in from outside.
So I decided maybe MeetMe was the best way.  I setup some MeetMe
numbers.  One is 4099.
But when someone dials in from the outside they get "I don't recognize
that as a valid extension". 
Am I misusing MeetMe??
