[cisco-voip] Contact Center Solution for Wallboard

I've been happy with Symon, not cheap but their Digital Messaging is
pretty slick, and the NetBrite can be read from afar, they also have
software that can run in the PC's System Notification Area (where you
clock is) and pop-up on thresholds (similar to Outlook).

The Real Time Reports font is too small for a 40" LCD TV display, you
can write your own reports/queries, search for wallboardUser on CCO.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Contact Center Solution for Wallboard

I am looking for a solution that will give my Help Desk a wallboard
showing agents logged in, agent status, calls in queue, etc.
Recommendations?

Thanks!
