[cisco-voip] Software MTP will not register

Hi Steven,

try to use "sccp ccm  <http://10.95.3.18/>x.x.x.x identifier x version 4.1"
instead. Otherwise the gateway will use the default which is AFAIK CCM
3.1which did not now anything about software MTP.
