[cisco-voip] Cisco Unified Workspace Licensing

ya.... My SE was here a week or so telling me about it.  problem is I
already have my licensing.  Doesn't help me much.

but basically if you buy a phone DLU and Unity VM box you get everything
else for $50.  of course IPCCx not included.
