That is why departmental bill-back is such a great thing.  Managers that
see this type of expense will squash it quicker than any IT guy could!

Well, yes, it is most likely a CSS issue for CFA...

However, before changing the CFA CSS to LD or whatever, make sure you
want to let people do that, because there is a great potential for
toll fraud.

For example, employee has CFA CSS set to everywhere.

He CFA's his phone to Maddrass, goes home and calls his desk phone to
talk to his parents in India... he paid for a local call, you paid for
a call to India.

I would recommend that you create a CFA CSS to include just Voicemail
and local calling.

Maybe include your local area codes (so people can CFA to their
cells), but don't go crazy until you are sure you want to.
