[cisco-voip] CUPS6 integration to Exchange Calendaring

I ran into a bug with it.  Are you using an extended validation SSL cert
(the one that changes IE7's address bar to green)?

I am trying to get this to work but can't figure out what the 'Trust
Certificate Subject CN' field is for on the presence gateway page when
integrating to outlook.
