[cisco-voip] Call static

I am getting reports from a remote site of sporadic static/one way voice 
on calls.  These calls are through a gateway that is local at the site 
with a PRI.   I tried making about 8-10 test calls and every single call 
was fine for me.  The controller T1 1/0 is clean.

     0 Line Code Violations, 0 Path Code Violations,
     0 Slip Secs, 0 Fr Loss Secs, 0 Line Err Secs, 0 Degraded Mins,
     0 Errored Secs, 0 Bursty Err Secs, 0 Severely Err Secs, 0 Unavail 
Secs


Anyone seen this before?
