[cisco-voip] cucm 6 and TAPS

Yes they will need to have another server, which I still think is windows
2000 unless UCCX is supported on the 2003 train. Also can Wes confirm that
you still get the bundled 5 seat license with 5.x / 6.x or if it is just for
using TAPS?
