[cisco-voip] Delay when calling one extension - CCM 4.1(3)sr5b

Try changing the CM service parameter "digit analysis complexity" to  
"TranslationAndAlternatePatternAnalysis" and then look at the CCM  
trace when you make the call.  This should give you info on the  
potential match.

I have 3 people comb through this and the numplan.csv and there are no
other matches.
