[cisco-voip] CCM 5.1.2 offhook picks up any line

If my Line 2 rings I want to be forced when going offhook to press Line 2, isn't that a service parameter? Instead if I get a call on Line 2 today when I go offhook I get connected to Line 2. 
 
Pretty much all my service parameters are default.

I recall how to modify the .xml file in CallManager 4.1, how do I modify
the DistinctiveRingList.xml in 5.1.2?
