[cisco-voip] Nortel Option 51 Paging Trunk

Customer has a Trunk port set for paging on a Nortel connected to a
no-name paging unit.

 

Is a "Nortel Paging Port" just a FXO?

 

I've connected up my VWIC-2FXO for Loop Start, I go offhook but never
get connected to paging unit.
