[cisco-voip] Castelle Fax Press turn off ECM and Super G3

is this a Fax server or a fax machine?

if it's a fax server it might be a fax-relay vs fax-passthrough issue
or VAD on your dial peer.

if fax machine do they even support ECM and Super G3.  I've never
heard of Castelle.
