[cisco-voip] CRS Editor 5.0 Stand Alone Mode

There is a bug- CSCsl00627 - Unable to Login Anonymously when No
Connection To CRS Server.  The ES5 patch supposedly fixes it.

It works... it just takes forever to timeout and login to nothing...

I have seen it take 15 mins to open
