My guess at this point is based on your firmware and ccm version is that
you are hitting DST issues. The easiest solution may be to change the
timezone so it appears correctly on the phones.

Firmware is 70.6-0-2SR1-0S; 

CCM is 4.01 sr2a, yeah, I know - we're upgrading soon.  J

Resetting the phone has no effect;

Date/Time group is correct, set for Eastern time zone.  I even tried
changing it to "local time zone of CM" and that threw the hours off even
more.

What version of firmware are they running?

Version of CCM?

What happens if you reset the phone?

Is the Date/Time group that is assigned to their device pool correct?

All of my phones have the incorrect time now, they are set one hour
ahead.  I've checked the server time on both of my Call Managers and the
time is incorrect.  Can anyone help quickly, please?  I know it must be
an easy fix, I just can't find it.
