[cisco-voip] OT: DID direct to IPCC Express Queue

I've heard that using DID's to send calls directly to an IPCC Express queue
(instead of going to the normal menu greeting) is a bad idea.

Anyone know if that is really a major no-no (security, other?), or if it's
just generally not recommended but not a big deal?
