[cisco-voip] call-forward according to exact number?

Hi every1

on ccme  4.1 platform ,is it possible to make  call-forward  noan   acording to specified callerID ?
i mean if   the number 5556 calls   5501   and if it is no answer then the call forwarded to another extension. 
But this feature should be active only if calling number is 5556  not for other callers.
