[cisco-voip] New phones not picking up Phone Services

I am also having the same issue with  6.0 , where I have phones not picking
up corporate directory and personal directory, Also on my phones they are
suppose to be registered with the sub as it's the primary in Callmanager
group but they always register to publisher. Subscriber server does not show
up on the phone under Callmanager configuration. I also restarted the TFTP
service but it didn't help.

Just restarted TFTP service which seems to have resolved the issue.
