Subject: [cisco-voip] Is the ILBC CODEC supported in any IOS versions yet
for transcoding ?

I have a customer looking to deploy the 7942 series phones at a home office.
We'd like to run the ILBC CODEC for them over the internet link, however
we'll need to transcode that to allow communication with other IP handsets
and IPCC express, voice-mail, gateways, etc..

Has ILBC transcoding support been added to any of the ISR router images yet
?

Any news on when ILBC might be added to the IP Communicator or CUPC software
clients ?
