This feature was added in an ES for Unity Connection 2.1, have the
customer upgrade to Unity Connection 2.1, then have them install the
latest ES.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity Connection 2.1.1

I'm sure everyone's seen this 1million times. On Unity 5.0, transfer to
voicemail is nice enough to restart the called destinations greeting for
the calling party. I'm receiving some mixed responses on Unity
Connections, 2.1.1. <http://2.1.1./> Can anyone tell me if this works
on 2.1.1 or if an ES is required to achieve the desired result? The
issue is caller's getting half the users greeting, due to delay in
transfering.

Thanks!
