Hi Everybody,

I am trying to find a way to forward call based on the time of the day.
Typically, I want to divert call to an other number when it is 5 PM for example.
So, is that possible ? How can I make that ?
Can I forward to a CTI Route Point?

Secondly, I try to play with Line group and CTI Route Point, unfortunately, only
DN can be used, so I came back to the first question.
