If you look under call routing you will see "class of control".  There you
can creat time periods and schedules which can be assigned to partitions.
This has the effect of changing when a given partition is active.  By doing
this you can effectiely control where calls go and when.

Hi Everybody,

I am trying to find a way to forward call based on the time of the day.
Typically, I want to divert call to an other number when it is 5 PM for
example.
So, is that possible ? How can I make that ?
Can I forward to a CTI Route Point?

Secondly, I try to play with Line group and CTI Route Point, unfortunately,
only DN can be used, so I came back to the first question.
