Are these users using headsets? You can use Y-adapter headset
quick-disconnect cables to allow for a second headset to be installed.

IPCC 5.0(2)
CCM 6.1

We have a few people currently training in a call center and the
supervisor would like the ability for the new users to be able to listen
in on calls taking place with current employees while the call is going
on. I know I can allow supervisors this option but I don't want to set
them up as sups and load the supervisor desktop on their computers. Is
there another way to accomplish this?

Thanks!
