[cisco-voip] bulk route pattern additions with axl

It looks like CER requires one route pattern per ELIN.  Has anyone added
route patterns with AXL?  That seems like a much better way to do it
than doing it all manually.  If you could give me an example, it would
be really helpful.  I'm running CM 6.1(2).
